Im 14 and i really want the truth, how do grow breast, and what causes them to grow?

You can't "grow" a breast. Your breast grows according to some genetic code in your body. Its very likely you will have breasts like other females in your family. Sometimes if you gain a lot of weight your breasts grow too because of the fat tissues.
