I'm 21 and i have no pubic hair is this normal?

I'm 21 and i have nothing down below and i am rather worried but i am scared to tell anyone about this, what should i do?

If there's nothing medically wrong (verify with a doctor), leave it clean. Wooley mammoths are out of date.
seee a doctor asap. could definitely be a hormonal problem.
Be happy, hair is annoying.
As long as everything else is normal I wouldn't worry about it. You might just be very fair.

Myabe you have naturally fine hair, which gives the appearance that you dont have much hair down there. If it is really bad as your saying, go and ask the doctor.
learn to live with it or go see a doctor, many men prefer no hair anyway but it is your personal prefernce.
wow 21 you should definatly consult a doctor on that one. it could be a lack of hourmones which can be fixed but u have to see a doctor.
I have never heard of this before. Is this for real? At 21, I can't imagine you being scared to tell anyone. You should have had pubic hair for years now - weren't you concerned at 15? Do you have hair elsewhere - legs, underarms? Sorry - not sure if I believe this question.
Getting body hair, the amount of it you get and when you get it is all to do with your hormones. Its probably worth a visit to your doctor. They will have heard it before, so try not to be too embarrassed.
I would be so happy if I didn't have pubic hair. You're lucky. It's normal though too. You're 21, meaning you've started your period and you have breasts. Not every women has pubic hair below the belt. There is a small percent that doesn't and you are one of the lucky ones. You have nothing to worry about! If you still want to talk to a professional, talk to your doctor and see if he or she could explain to you exactly why you don't have any pubic hair.

If not it could be because of a hormone imbalance.

If your pubic area is the only place without hair I would go and see your Doctor as you may very well need a hormone level blood test done.
It could also be that the hair is so fine and light that it is difficult to see.

Well to be honest with you its kind of weird, you should see a Dr, I know is embarresing but its worth to look at, now in another way its kind of better coz hair is kind of anoying, so in a way you should be happy :-), but in another way you should be worried :-o

It sounds like you should see a doctor. You could have a hormonal imbalance, it depends on whether you have hair anywhere else, and whether you have regular periods etc.
It is not "normal" in many senses of the word, but not uncommon. Have you asked your Mom? Personally, most woman would love to be that way! A childhood diseeaqse or even your race could be a factor, it is best to find a female gyno to answer if embarassed.

well everybody is different some have hair some don't me personally i wouldn't worry abt it,there isn't any definite way a person has to be,but if ur worried then just make an appointment with ur doctor he will let u know what is what.
whether you are a man or woman, be happy that you dont. it is much cleaner that way. You dont have to trim or shave.i wish i was like that. if you are concern then go see a doctor, but for the real side...be happy.
By your nickname and profile pic, I am going to assume you are male. Before panicking, answer these questions: do you have hair under your arms? Did you EVER have pubic hair and lost it? If not, you probably need to see your doctor. It is not an emergency, but it certainly is late. If you have no underarm hair or pubic hair, it could be an inherited thing. Some men don't mature until later. Does your father have pubic hair or hair under his arms? How about brothers? Regardless, if it bothers you, see a physician.
go and see your doctor, its not normal but im sure its not serious, he or she will probably prescribe hormones and you'll be fine.

sorry this is defo not normal i would go to the doc it could be your hormones. on the other hand it sounds good, no bikini waxes maybe you should think yourself lucky.
