I'm 18 and 5'3 whats my ideal weight?

About 120 to 130
around 140 or 150
First off 140-150 is ideal for some one 6ft tall. Ideal weight for you is AROUND 115. Honistly tho, weight shouldnt be your consearn. Look more at you BMI (Body Mass Index). This is based off of what percent of your body weight is fat. Most people just look at the number on a scale and then freak out. What alot of people dont know is that muscle weighs more than fat does. so you could be 125 but verry toned and not need to lose anything.
well im 5'2 and a good wieght is is 110-130
somewhere around 130-140
According to a Body Mass Index chart ( I just went to my doctor yesterday), healthy women, normal bone size, should weigh 120- 150. Check with your doc, though. I'm telling you to check with them because they could have other weight plans (ranges) for you.
115 lbs for an average frame, 110 for small and up to 122 for a large frame.

guys = 106lbs for first 5' and 6lbs for every inch after

Irony: I'm 18 %26 5'3" and I weigh about 120-125 (depends on day, etc.) But you really shouldn't worry about a number. If you look in the mirror and you think you look gorgeous, you're leaps and bounds ahead of girls who are 5'4" and weigh 90 pounds.
